This month has been very busy with my Freelance makeup work, taking me on photo shoots for magazines like Cent, beauty shoots for Avon and fashion shoots for Asos, Amazon and Harrods. The makeup school has been also been very busy teaching lots of wonderful courses like Bridal makeup, Red carpet Glamour, MAC Masterclass and Pro Makeup 6 week Tuesday Evening Courses. We are now enrolling for our Summer term of make up courses.

Spring is making its way through and for the lucky ones Summer holidays are around the corner and all the preparation for that starts to begin, whether its fitness or getting the body all prepped and bikini ready!!

Well over the next few months I will be writing about skincare products, makeup trends and looks that will ensure you are fully prepared for Spring/Summer and holidays.

To help in the transition of Winter skin to Spring/Summer skin start your day with a glass of hot water and lemon, add a dash cayenne for an extra kick starting your day this way is very beneficial for the body and very cleansing for your skin, helping you claim your inner glow.

The sun has been out and lets hope it stays around so I would recommend wearing a suncream or choosing a moisturiser with an SPF, more often foundation come with added SPF here are a few I like Yes to Carrots SPF15, Body Shop daily Vitamin C with SPF30, Origins a perfect world SPF25 protecting yourself from harmful rays is key to younger looking skin.

For an extra hydrating and plumping of the skin why not apply a little Barefaced Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C, this will also help diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Bareface products are organic and paraben free. I personally suffer from skin allergies so I am very aware of product ingredients and I highly recommend this product.

So before the real sun arrives why not add a little bronzer to your daily makeup routine.

Here are some of my favourites:

Chanel Soleil tan bronzer this velvety textured bronzer can be applied underneath or on top of makeup

Bourjois delice de poudre is a bronzer with a natural and lasting glow finish

Tom Ford a luxury bronzer but with its lightweight formula and lasting effects its definitely a real treat for your
makeup bag

Charlotte Tilbury Film star Bronze and glow, this will no only give you a natural sun kissed look it will help to contour and highlight the skin I use this product a lot for my red carpet clients

My own start to Spring started yesterday I had a revitalising, rejuvenating facial @beautyworkslondon. My skin specialist Tracey first of all gave me a wonderful facial massage, increasing the blood flow and lifting the muscles, next a medical microdermabrasion which blast the skin with fine crystals leaving the skin silky smooth. She then applied a laser over my skin once to help stimulate collaged production. I left with beautiful glowing skin
